| A member of our hiring team will request your driving information, which can be submitted via email or WhatsApp. The required documents include: Driving License, Passport, National Insurance (for UK Clients), Utility Bill (dated within the last 3 months). |
| Once we have Approved your Identification, we will request you to confirm your reservation by making a payment of your rental, this can be sent directly to our Bank Account or can be sent to you via a Secure Payment Link to your email. |
| Once payment has been made you will receive a Booking confirmation with all the details of your Hire. |
| On the day of Delivery/Collection we will share a Live Location sent directly to your mobile device to show our estimated time of arrival. |
| On the day of delivery, a member of our Fleet team will go through all the relevant paperwork which will need to be signed, this will be a copy of your Hire Agreement,Terms & Conditions and a Damage sheet which will highlight any existing damages clearly marked. |
| Once all the paperwork has been signed & completed our Fleet team will go through all the controls with the Hirer, so they are comfortable in operating the vehicle. |
